Bone Church Lyrics

No love, no trust
The snakes of this world squeeze my bones to dust
How much is your life worth when you can't afford to fix what hurts?
White coat religion
Church of bone
God of man
Swallow his salvation
Too poor to die, too sick to survive
Crippled to your knees like a church of bones
P(r)aying for a cure that will never come
The bills, the pills the cycle that kills

Myspace is dead, this will get a lot more use

first off, Myspace sucks and I don't know if I'll keep updating it.

I can bug you at rattletooth's facebook though

Second off, we're doing a split 7" with an up and coming new band from St. Louis, MO called Everything Went Black. It's coming out via Mike at I Hate Punk Rock Records also from St. Louis. We're recording two songs for it on July 28th and July 29th. We've practiced it twice, so that's double the practice time we got in compared to our 7" Curses.

Third off, here's some shows we're doing.

June 30th with Donnybrook, Bitter End, Agress and Dead Heroes at the Keswick Democratic Club here in Louisville

after we record our effort for the Everything Went Black Split we're doing some dates with our friends in Expire.

July 30th - Springfield (don't know if this is IL, or MO)
July 31st - Louisville, KY

as far as more shows go, we'll be doing a weekend at some point in August for sure. Also when we have information about when the split will be in our hands we'll plan a tour to support that for late summer or early fall. We'll close out the year with weekends every month.

This is the first post for this blog that will be a means of conveying anything I see fit that involves Rattletooth or otherwise.

A good place to start is to put a link up to our demo that was recorded in November, 2007.

Rattletooth Demo
The lyrics to the demo songs

5 songs (4 of which we'll still play from time to time) that we blazed through in 8 hours including mixing and mastering. It's rough around the edges obviously.

We recorded new material again in August, 2008 for a 4 song 7" to be released. A new singer and new label later, we re-recorded the vocals in late May, 2009 with our singer Tyler and the effort is going to be released via Closed Casket Activities in late July just in time for our Southern travels with our friends in Black Teeth. Here's the cover art.

Check out our tour dates on the Rattletooth myspace page. We have shows coming up with Nothing to Nothing, a tour with Black Teeth late July through early August and a fall tour with Widower planned.
